In my work with clients, my goal is to facilitate healthy change in client's lives and relationships. Utilizing evidenced-based practices, I work with clients who struggle with trauma histories, relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, grief, stress management and perfectionism. I believe that we are better and healthier when we feel connected to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
